How the birthday method works
Add every digit in a birth date, then keep adding the digits of the total until one digit remains.
1995-07-24 → 1+9+9+5+0+7+2+4 = 37 → 3+7 = 10 → 1
This arithmetic is reproducible, but the interpretation is a creative convention. The number does not carry measured evidence about a former life.
